Eagle Profiles

Jesse Adams advanced to the rank of Eagle Scout on April 9, 2019. His project was to build  Kiosk at the trailhead of the Forever Wild Hiking Trail at Blue Springs State Park. The Kiosk provided information, trail maps and brochures of local plants and animals. The project required 194 service hours.

Michael Jones advanced to the Rank of Eagle Scout on March 14, 2019. Michael’s project was to repair and paint the High School band instrument trailer for the Geneva High School Marching Band. The trailer is used to transport instruments and support equipment. His project required 85 service hours.

Cody Jones advanced to the Rank of Eagle Scout on March 14, 2019. Cody’s project was to replace the old unserviceable CPR Dummies used for First Aid Training at the Geneva High School. Storage lockers were also constructed to secure the new training aids. His project required 109 service hours.

Nicolas Wade Sharp completed his Eagle Board of Review on August 8, 2019. Nicolas designed and constructed a “GAGA Pit” for the Family Life Center for his local Church. Nicolas donated and supervised 50 hours of service to the community. 

Lucas William Hale of Troop 77 constructed and improved playground equipment and park facilities in their local community. Lucas donated and supervised 60 hours of service to the community. 

Stryker Johnston Wylly completed his Eagle Board of Review on August 8, 2019. Stryker designed and constructed 30 Blue Bird Houses for the Farley Nuclear Plant. Stryker donated and supervised 205 service hours to the community. 

Jackson Byrd of Troop 207 completed his Eagle Board of Review on October 12, 2019. Jackson constructed six park benches for the Westgate Park walking and biking trail in the City of Dothan. Jackson donated and supervised 96 hours of service to the community. 

Justin Ryan Casteel of Troop 77 completed his Eagle Board of Review on November 14, 2019. Justin reconditioned 36 Memorials and constructed a fence at the Fort Rucker Memorial Park. Justin donated and supervised 31 hours of service to the community. 

Mark Wesley Johnson completed his Eagle Board of Review on November 14, 2019. Mark constructed two school bus stop shelters for the Daleville School System. Mark donated and supervised 265 service hours to the community. 

Westin Kriser of Troop 207 completed his Eagle Board of Review on November 14, 2019. Westin constructed six park benches for the Westgate Park walking trail. Westin donated and supervised 119 hours of community service. 

Grady Jackson of Troop 207 completed his Eagle Board of Review on November 14, 2019. Grady constructed two picnic tables for the Cottonwood Sports Complex concession area. Grady donated and supervised 83 service hours to the community. 

Jacob Alexander Varbel  completed his Eagle Board of Review November 14. His project was to construct two park benches for the Ed Lisenby Lake Nature Trail. Jacob donated and supervised 58 hours of service. 

Taylor Michael Wardrobe completed his Eagle Board of Review on November 14, 2019. Taylor constructed two, ten man team benches for the Wiregrass Christian Academy basketball court. Taylor donated and supervised 34 hours of community service.

Garrett Bogart of Troop 150 completed his Eagle Board of Review on September 13, 2020. Garrett built 2 flower beds, a 3 station composting bin, realigned the garden plots, installed a concrete bench and upgraded the children’s garden at the Fort Rucker Community Garden. Garrett donated and supervised 212.5 hours of community service.

Salem completed his Eagle Scout Rank on 6/11/20. Salem’s Project was improving the Nursery and Foster Care waiting room at the DHR in Geneva AL.

David James Best Completed his Eagle Scout Rank on 6/11/20. David’s Project was making religious stations for the Fort Rucker Post Chapel.

Zeid Yunis earned the Eagle Scout Rank on 7/9/20. Zeid’s Project was restoring Antique Rifles for a museum display at Eufaula.

Noah Robert Wood earned  his Eagle Scout Rank 7/9/20. Noah’s Project was remodeling the entrance at the VFW building in Daleville AL.

Connor Bogart completed his Eagle Board of Review on August 13, 2020. Connor made and donated 40 Rehabilitation Quilts to the Alabama Department of Veteran Affairs, for wounded veterans. Connor donated and supervised 295 hours of community service.
